This eye pencil easily defines your eyes. Apply to both upper and lower lash lines.

Avoid applying too close to the inner corner of the eye, which makes the eye look heavier.

Beginning at the outer corner of the eye, apply to the upper lash line. Also beginning from the outer corner, apply to 2/3 of the lower lash line.

If desired, gently blend the pencil using either a brush or your eyeshadow applicator.

Be sure to use upward strokes when applying, to open eyes and not pull them down. If you have dark lashes, it may not be necessary to wear mascara on your lashes, as the pencil will give your eyes definition.
