How can I pay online for orders that I placed by post or telephone?

To connect, enter your customer number in the required field, as well as your access code, which corresponds to your postcode.
Select the invoice that you wish to pay, then click on "Make Payment".
Simply enter your credit card and validate your payment. You may also, if you wish, receive a payment confirmation email by indicating your email address before validating your payment.

How can I know if I already paid for my order?

In Order Tracking, you can at any time consult your account to find out the amounts of any outstanding invoices. You can also directly pay for your orders online, thanks to 100% secure payment by credit card.

I can't find my order when I go to Order Tracking.

A 1-2 day period may be necessary to register your order. If you do not find your order, following the 1-2 day period, you may contact Customer Services who will do everything necessary to answer your questions.
