As soon as your order is booked by our Customer Services Department, a detailed acknowledgement of receipt thereof is sent to your e-mail address. This acknowledgement of receipt details the exact amount billed and the method of delivery of your order. The acknowledgement of receipt means that your order is accepted and validates the transaction. You agree that our order booking systems provide evidence of the type of contract and of its date.
However, we reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.

The validity of our offers of products on the site is subject to the limit of available stocks. If the product is unavailable after your order has been placed, we agree to inform you by e-mail within eight days and to specify the waiting period for receiving this product. Payment can be made according to the payment methods authorised by the commercial offer concerned. Online payment by credit card is entirely secure. In return for our commitments, we ask you to respect the delays concerning payment.
