For example, your name and address are needed in order to deliver your parcels and promotions. Your telephone number enables us to contact you in order to inform you of a situation pertaining to your order, a complaint or any information requested, but also to secure your personal information. Your email address enables you to receive a reply to your request and, if you wish, to stay informed by Newsletter of our new products and online promotions.
All the nominative information communicated to us is kept strictly confidential.

By our intermediary, you may receive promotions from other companies, or you may also be informed of our offers by telephone or mail. In the case of prospecting by email people never having had previous commercial contact with Dr. Pierre Ricaud, we ensure that the e-mailing lists have been obtained fairly and legally. This means that the addressee is aware that his or her address may be used by a third party and has the possibility to refuse the sharing of his or her address.
