Apply to the entire body for 3 consecutive days, then repeat application as desired, dependng on the desired intensity of tan.

Exfoliate your skin before application of the self-tanning body lotion in order to smooth the skin and have a more homogeneous tan.

Can also use following prolonged sun exposure in order to prolong your tan.
